Measurement Steps:

1. Determine the exact locations for your intake and exhaust connections

2. Measure the total straight line distance needed for all ComfoPipe runs

3. Count the number of turns required and determine the angles needed

4. Add approximately 10% extra length to account for cutting waste and adjustments

💡 Tip: For most installations, you'll need additional ComfoPipe sections beyond the standard package. One meter sections can be easily cut to your exact specifications.

The ComfoFresh Ducting system connects your ComfoWell manifold to the individual room terminals. Proper measurement of your specific requirements is crucial for a successful installation.

⚠️ Important: The standard package includes 2 rolls (162.5ft each) of ComfoTube 75 ducting. You must verify if this quantity is sufficient for your specific building layout before proceeding with installation.

How to Calculate Required Ducting:

1. Map out the precise location of each supply and exhaust terminal

2. Measure the path from each terminal to the ComfoWell manifold

3. Account for bends and routing around obstacles (add 1ft per bend)

4. Sum all paths to determine total required length

5. Add 15% extra for cutting waste and potential route changes

💡 Pro Tip: Keep ducting runs as short and straight as possible. Each 10 feet of additional duct length or bend creates resistance that can reduce airflow efficiency.
